We are pleased to invite you to a special WSKF England Open Karate Seminar, featuring two highly respected instructors: Sensei Alistair Mitchell, 8th Dan, and Sensei Paul Allison, 6th Dan.

This seminar will offer an in-depth exploration of traditional karate principles, with structured and progressive training suitable for karateka from a wide range of backgrounds. Under the expert guidance of Sensei Mitchell and Sensei Allison, participants will have the opportunity to refine their understanding, improve technical execution, and gain valuable insight drawn from decades of experience within Shotokan karate.

Open to all organisations, this event welcomes both experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their practice and those eager to broaden their technical knowledge within a supportive and disciplined training environment.

The seminar will take place on Saturday 20th June 2026 at South Oxhey Leisure Centre, Gosforth Lane, Watford, WD19 7AX.
